Let our compassionate approach and clinical expertise guide you to the authentic connection you seek after discovery.

I'm Dr. Chris Samuels, a licensed psychologist and Certified Sexual and Relational Therapist (CSRTT) with more than 30 years specializing in sexual addiction treatment and in helping partners heal from betrayal trauma. My work focuses on guiding individuals and couples as they navigate the profound challenges that emerge when sexual addiction is discovered, with the understanding that both partners need support and compassionate care during this critical time.
My approach balances deep acceptance for both members of the couple, helping the individual struggling with addiction find a path to recovery while simultaneously guiding their partner on a journey of healing from the impact of betrayal trauma. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where both individuals can process their experiences, understand underlying patterns, and begin both their separate and their shared healing journeys.
If you're navigating the complexities of sexual addiction, betrayal trauma, or relational difficulties, you're not alone. Together, we can work to rebuild trust, foster deeper intimacy, and address the underlying wounds that contribute to your intimate struggles. My compassion-centered approach will guide you toward a possible future of authentic intimacy and renewed trust in your relationship

Should I Stay or Should I Go by Dr. Chris Samuels offers a trauma-informed, non-judgmental path for those navigating the aftermath of betrayal.
Rather than pressuring you to make immediate decisions, it provides a structured framework to help you recover your own inner wisdom, evaluate the path toward genuine change, and reclaim the self you were before the crisis.
